Program Overview
The university program adheres to the Ontario curriculum and the requirements of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) in preparing and delivering high school courses. All high school teachers are certified by the Ontario College of Teachers and are dedicated to providing the best possible learning experience.
Program Requirements
To receive the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), students must complete and meet the following requirements during their high school career from Grade 9 to Grade 12:
- Earn 30 credits, including 17 compulsory credits and 13 elective credits.
- Pass the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) or complete the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Course (OSSLC).
- Complete 40 hours of community involvement.
Credit System
Credits are awarded to recognize the successful completion of a course. The Ontario Ministry of Education defines a credit as follows: "A credit is granted to recognize the successful completion of a course that has been scheduled for a minimum of 110 hours."

The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education, preparing them for post-secondary studies and future careers. The curriculum is rigorous and well-structured, with a focus on academic excellence and personal growth.
