Internship Program

The university offers an internship program for students, which provides them with practical experience in their field of study.

Internship Process: In Turkey

1. Determining Internship Dates: The internship must be completed during the summer months of the third year, with a duration of at least 20 working days.
2. Finding an Internship Company: Students are responsible for finding their own internship company.
3. Preparing Internship Application Documents: Students must prepare and submit the required documents, including the internship application form, declaration of health coverage, and internship consent petition template.
4. Document Submission: Documents must be submitted to the Research Assistant at least 15 days before the start of the internship.
5. Insurance and Approval Process: After document submission, the insurance procedures will be sent to the Human Resources Department.
6. Documents to be Prepared During the Internship: Students must prepare and submit the internship evaluation form and internship report.
7. Email Communication: All communication related to the internship process must be carried out through the university's student email address.

Internship Process: Abroad

1. Internship: Students wishing to do an internship abroad must follow the same process as the domestic internship, with some differences in documentation.
2. Finding an Internship Company: Students are responsible for finding their own internship company abroad.
3. Preparing Internship Application Documents: Students must prepare and submit the required documents, including the acceptance letter, internship application form, declaration of health coverage, and internship consent petition template.
4. Preparing the Acceptance Letter: An original, signed, and stamped acceptance letter must be obtained from the foreign company/institution on official letterhead.
5. Document Submission: Documents must be prepared, scanned, and sent in PDF format at least 15 days before the internship begins.
6. Insurance and Approval Process: After document submission, the insurance procedures will be sent to the Human Resources Department.
