The Aþlk Program aims to cultivate young executive chefs who can compete internationally, while preserving and promoting the rich Turkish culinary culture in an academic setting. The program provides comprehensive education in the art of cooking, from basic to advanced levels, as well as fundamental knowledge of food and beverage management.
Program Details
- Education duration: two years
- Language of instruction: Turkish
- Mandatory internship: 30 working days
- Career support: The Career Center assists students in finding internship opportunities through its partnerships with various organizations.
- Optional English Preparatory Class: available upon request
Accreditation
The Aþlk 1st and 2nd Teaching Programs have been fully accredited for five years by TURAK (Tourism Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board), the only institution authorized by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÍKAK) in the field of tourism.
Program Objectives
The program seeks to educate students in the intricacies of culinary arts and provide them with a solid foundation in food and beverage management, enabling them to succeed in the industry.
