IDOT Quality Management Training Program
The IDOT Quality Management Training Program is a comprehensive training initiative that offers certification and re-certification programs.
General Information
The program requires online reservations, and payment is mandatory at the time of reservation. Accepted payment methods include Electronic Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. A 2.5% convenience fee is applicable for credit card payments. Enrollment and course registration close two weeks prior to the start of each class.
Registration Information
To register for the program, participants must create a Student Login and complete the reservation process. The steps involved in creating a Student Login include:
- Entering personal information, such as name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth
- Submitting the information and setting a password
- Filling out questions on the main Profile page
- Initialing boxes and saving the information
Course Registration
To reserve a seat in the program, participants must:
- Browse course offerings
- Click on the desired category under "Program Streams"
- Select the desired course and add it to the cart
- Proceed to checkout and follow on-screen instructions for payment
- Double-check selections and confirm policy confirmation
Payment and Confirmation
A copy of the receipt and a Confirmation of Enrollment will be emailed to participants upon successful registration. It is essential to use the billing address zip code for the card, as a mismatch may result in payment not being authorized.
