The Esthetics program at Lake Land College provides students with comprehensive classroom and practical training under the guidance of licensed cosmetology instructors. The program is designed to meet the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation Standards for licensure.

Program Details

The Esthetics program includes a range of services, including:

• Facial Services
  • Custom Facial w/ Hand & Arm Massage: a deep cleansing treatment with steam, professional exfoliation, masque, hand & arm massage, and moisturizer for skin type and SPF, priced at $25.00
  • Age Smart Treatment: a treatment utilizing lactic acid to promote cell turnover, with the Multivitamin Power Recovery Masque concentrated with vitamins A, C, and E to help fight free radicals, priced at $30.00
  • Resurfacing Facial: a prescribed exfoliant treatment according to the client's skin type/condition to help with fine lines, sun-damaged skin, uneven skin texture, and enlarged pores, priced at $35.00
  • Ultra-Calming Facial: a super-soothing treatment for clients who suffer from irritated, reactive, and sensitized skin, priced at $30.00
  • Wet/Dry Microdermabrasion: an exfoliation treatment with Alpha Hydroxy Acids to combat dead skin cells, priced at $45.00
  • Non-Surgical Facelift (NS Lift): a lifting procedure that tones facial muscles and brightens dull skin, priced at $20.00
  • Express Facial for Men: a deep cleansing treatment with steam, exfoliation, masque, steam towels, moisturizer, and SPF, priced at $20.00
• Body Treatments
  • Exfoliating Body Treatment: a treatment involving dry brushing the skin to stimulate normal lymph flow within the body, followed by exfoliation, cleansing, and a moisturizing massage, priced at $25.00
  • Back Nourishing Treatment: a deep cleansing scrub to slough off dead skin cells while purifying and relaxing the client, priced at $20.00
