The 4+1 Spanish, B.A. & Business Administration, MBA program offers a unique opportunity for qualified graduates in Spanish to complete their Bachelor's and Master's degree in as little as five years.

Spanish & Business Administration Overview

This program is designed so that students are able to complete 12 credits of study at the graduate level as undergraduates. These credits will count both toward their undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Students are prepared to enter into the field of business with a clear and valuable academic credential that shows that students are truly bilingual as well as formally educated in the cultures, history, literature, and dynamism of the Spanish speaking world. Such cultural as well as bilingual literacy is highly valuable.

Our Spanish, B.A. program is a valuable asset across sectors and will give you the skills you need to communicate effectively in Spanish. Courses will allow you to master written and spoken Spanish, gain critical thinking skills and explore all aspects of Hispanic literature and culture.

Application Requirements

In the final undergraduate year, students in the B.A. Spanish / M.B.A. program will be evaluated by the School of Business Associate Dean and graduate Program Director for a review of their qualifications to progress to the graduate education portion of the program, including:

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and in Graduate Business courses.
