Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, participants will start learning the business from day one while based out of one of the neighborhood branches. They will be entrusted to serve as both the face of the company to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In the structured program, participants will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run their own branch, cultivate new business, and develop their team.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the program, participants must:

• Have a Bachelor's degree
• Have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
• Have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• Not have any drug or alcohol-related convictions on their driving record within the past 5 years
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position
• Be at least 18 years of age
