The Rehberlik Ve Psikolojik Danmanlk Yönetim Eitim Kadrosu Program aims to educate psychological counselors who can follow new developments in their profession, adopt a humanistic and existential life philosophy, utilize scientific research skills, adhere to ethical principles, and conduct original scientific studies to advance the field. The program focuses on providing preventive and protective mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree
- Have a score of 65 or higher on the Akademik Personel ve Lisansüstü Eitimine Giri Snav (ALES)
- Achieve a score of 60 or higher on the scientific written evaluation exam
- Hold a degree in PDR or Psychology
Degree Requirements
To graduate from the program, students must:
- Complete all required courses
- Attend a seminar
- Complete a thesis
- Earn 120 AKTS credits
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.50 out of 4.00
Recognition of Prior Learning
Students who have completed coursework or earned degrees from other institutions may be eligible for recognition of prior learning. To be considered, students must:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danmanlk or Psychology
- Have completed coursework or earned degrees from a recognized institution
- Obtain approval from the academic advisor and the department head
- Receive approval from the institute's administrative board
