Applications of business administration in the Lightweight Engineering & Composites course

In professional life, basic business knowledge is also important for engineers. As soon as you take responsibility for a project or team as a manager, you will need both technical and management know-how. The Bachelor's program in Lightweight Engineering & Composites, the face-to-face technology study program at the PFH Hansecampus Stade, also prepares you for these challenges.

The "Introduction to Business Administration" gives you insights into business thinking in the first semester and, in particular, into the subject areas of business organization and bookkeeping/accounting. In the second semester, the “Applications of Business Administration” module teaches you the principles of project management as well as practical knowledge in the corporate functions of marketing, production and financing. It puts you in a position to make well-founded business decisions later in your professional life.
