MS in Spanish Cuisine and Mediterranean Diet
The MS in Spanish Cuisine and Mediterranean Diet is a professional program designed to help students professionalize their career in Gastronomy. The program includes a Spanish Language Course and is offered by ECOTUR in Spain.

The program is 12 months long and is conducted in Spanish. It includes lessons and practical assignments, providing students with extensive knowledge of Spanish cuisine and gastronomy. The program also offers a paid internship in Spain, which includes accommodation, three daily meals, and a scholarship of 300 per month.
Course Structure
The program is divided into four periods:
- Period 1: Spanish Language Studies: A1-A2 level of Spanish language
- Period 2: Culinary Art: Recipes of main raw materials and products of the Mediterranean diet, classic preparations, and culinary production
- Period 3: Microcredentials: Mediterranean Diet
- Period 4: Internships in Hotels and Restaurants: Accommodation provided by the employer, free maintenance, and 300 per month financial aid
Entry Requirements
The program is aimed at young people between 18 and 30 years old who have completed high school or vocational training in a related field. For non-EU students, the access requirements include:
- Currently studying in a related field in their country of origin
- Completed studies in a recognized official center
