Diploma in Administration and International Commerce
The Diploma in Administration and International Commerce is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with extensive knowledge in administration, finances, and international commerce. The program includes a Spanish language course and offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience through internships in companies throughout Spain.

The program is divided into three periods:
- Spanish Language Studies: Students will study the Spanish language at the A1-A2 level.
- Administration and Finance in International Commerce: Students will learn about economical and financial management, human resources management, and logistics and commercial management.
- Internships: Students will apply their knowledge in real-world settings through internships in companies.
Entry Requirements
The program is aimed at young people between 18 and 30 years old who have completed high school or vocational training in a related field. For non-EU students, the access requirements include:
- Currently studying in a related field in their country of origin in a recognized official center
- Having completed these studies and the date of completion does not exceed 5 years
- Processing a study visa
Study Visa Process
International students are required to apply for a study visa to enroll in study courses in Spain. The basic documents to provide include:
- Certificate of enrollment
- Proof of payment of the study program
- Plan of studies to be carried out
- Passport copy
- Study Visa Application Form + payment of Embassy fees
- Medical insurance
- Financial solvency: The student must demonstrate solvency of minimum 750 euros per month to cover living expenses
- Proof of clear criminal record
- Health certificate
- Birth certificate
Program Details
The program provides training in organization, administration, and personnel management, economic-financial operations, and information. Students will learn about accounting and the European tax system, and develop human resource management techniques. The program also includes a 200-hour Spanish language course and 660 hours of formation in administration.
Employability
The program offers 100% employability, and students will have the opportunity to become experts in administration and finances. The program is an official training program in Spain, recognized by the Ministry of Education and Labor, and is a strategic ally of the University of Valencia.
