The Global Fashion Marketing Diploma is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with a strong foundation in fashion marketing, branding, and communication. Program Details
The program is 39 weeks long, with 20 hours of instruction per week, for a total of 780 hours. The program is divided into three core modules:
Module 1 Foundations of Fashion Marketing

- Develop a professional fashion vocabulary and understand the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Recognize principles of design, including color, silhouette, balance, ratio, and fit, as they apply to marketing

- Explore textile and fiber technologies relevant to different apparel sectors
- Understand branding fundamentals, selling channels, and market positioning
- Analyze consumer behavior, including demographic, psychographic, and behavioral drivers
- Develop strategic planning, presentation, and communication skills
- Understand supply chain fundamentals, ethics, and sustainability
- Create industry-relevant tech packs and spec sheets for fashion products
Module 2 Art, Technology & Digital Strategy
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to create professional visual assets
- Apply principles of visual literacy to digital compositions, branding, and campaigns
- Develop creative work to briefs combining art, copy, and design
- Understand the relationship between advertising, design, and visual communication
- Build a professional portfolio and refine personal branding
- Develop resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and networking strategies
- Analyze global and local fashion trends through forecasting and market research
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns for fashion brands
- Analyze data, customer engagement, and marketing performance
- Build and manage a WIX e-commerce website for a fashion product or brand
Module 3 Retail, Buying, PR & Styling
- Understand the relationships among the design, wholesale, and retail sectors
- Apply wholesale and buying terminology, as well as professional protocols
- Plan mark-ups, margins, and retail buying mathematics
- Analyze near-shore and offshore production from financial and ethical perspectives
- Develop showroom presentations and trade show strategies
- Understand fashion merchandising, assortment planning, and retail sales strategies
- Design window displays and in-store visual merchandising concepts
- Plan retail floor layouts and pricing strategies
- Develop and execute fashion shows, PR initiatives, and branded events
- Understand PR theory, storytelling, and media strategy
- Develop personal and editorial styling skills for fashion imagery and clients
