Project Management with Concentration in Lean Six Sigma

The Project Management with Concentration in Lean Six Sigma program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage projects effectively and efficiently. The program focuses on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, which emphasize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Program Overview

The program consists of 9 courses, including 7 required courses and 2 elective courses. The required courses cover topics such as project management fundamentals, scheduling and cost management, quality and leadership, risk and procurement management, and Lean Six Sigma principles. The elective courses allow students to customize their experience and gain additional skills in areas such as agile methodologies, project planning, and leadership.

International students must meet English language proficiency requirements for admission into the program. The program is approved for international students to study full-time in the U.S. on an F-1 visa.
