Acting Certificate Plan of Study

The Acting Certificate program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in acting techniques, voice and movement, and auditioning skills. The program consists of 2 foundation courses, 7 required acting courses, 1 workshop, and 2 electives.

Foundation Courses (8 units)

The 2 foundation courses are:

Required Acting Courses (28 units)

The 7 required acting courses are:

• THEATER X 410.3: Acting for the Camera I (4 units)
• THEATER X 410.5: Acting for the Camera II (4 units)
