Cell and Molecular Biology
Course Description
The Cell and Molecular Biology course, LIFESCI XL 7A, provides an introduction to cell biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology. This first course in the pre-medical life science sequence covers basic concepts of chemistry in analyzing biological molecules and cells, evaluates nucleic acids as related to DNA and RNA, and recognizes different kinds of DNA mutation and damage.
