Introduction to the Healthcare Facilities MSc

The Healthcare Facilities MSc is a comprehensive, interdisciplinary program designed for healthcare and built environment professionals. It focuses on the challenges facing healthcare real estate provision and operation, aiming to enhance the knowledge base of practitioners in healthcare.


Entry Requirements

  • The normal minimum qualifications are a 2:1 Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.
  • It is desirable for candidates to have some knowledge, demonstrable competence, and a skill set related to healthcare practice, policy, or management.
  • A second acceptable qualification is a second-class Bachelor's degree or lower, with substantial knowledge, demonstrable competence, and a skill set related to management, policy, investment, or design practice in healthcare.

English Language Requirements

  • The English language level for this course is Level 1.
  • UCL Pre-Master's and Pre-sessional English courses are available for international students to develop their academic English and skills required to succeed at postgraduate level.
