Description

  • This module links the basic science and physiology of muscle and the neuromuscular system, with exercise training and its effects on muscle strength and power.
  • Physical properties of strength, power, and force production and their place in injury rehabilitation and prevention are studied in depth.
  • Muscle training concepts and methods are studied and implemented, including strength and condition for injury prevention, injury management, and sports performance.
