Description
This module provides the opportunity to undertake original research or a quality improvement project; or a systematic review or meta-analysis of published literature on a specified topic with secondary supervision by a UCL academic. Guided by your own local supervisor, you will develop skills in searching literature databases, reading and critically evaluating published work and presenting a written and oral report of the work. To help you find a suitable project you may propose your own topic or can be provided with a list of potential subject areas following discussion with our dissertation co-ordinator. Self-organised dissertations must be formally approved by the dissertation co-ordinator.
