Introduction to the International Human Resource Management Programme

• The programme is delivered online and part-time, with a duration of approximately 24 months for the MSc, 16 months for the PG Diploma, and 8 months for the PG Certificate.
• The programme consists of several modules, including Strategic Human Resource Management, Becoming a Leader, Ethical and Sustainable Business Practice, Finance and Data Analysis for Managers, Strategic Learning, Training and Development, Managing Change and Conflict, People and Performance Management, Research Methods, and a Dissertation.

Entry Requirements

• Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• A minimum of a 2:2 class degree in any subject, equivalent to a UK bachelor's degree, is required.

• An Executive Scholarship of 15% is available on the May and July 2026 intakes for the full master's award.
• Other scholarships and discounts are available, including a Regional Scholarship of up to 20%, a 20% UK Scholarship, a 10% discount for University of Liverpool alumni, and a 5% discount for up-front full tuition fee payment.

Teaching and Assessment

• The programme is delivered through a specially designed online learning platform, which includes innovative lecturecasts, a comprehensive eLibrary, forums for discussion with peers, and support from academic staff and a dedicated Student Support team.
