Introduction to the ARTI VISIVE Visual Realities Program
The ARTI VISIVE Visual Realities program is a three-year course that focuses on the role of photography and visual representation in the current cultural landscape. The program aims to prepare students for the new contexts and roles that visual arts assume in a constantly changing cultural landscape.
Course Leaders
The course is led by Niccolň Benetton and Simone Santilli, also known as "The Cool Couple." They are a renowned duo in the field of visual arts, known for their innovative and thought-provoking projects.
Educational Objectives
The program's educational objectives are to:
- Prepare students for the new contexts and roles that visual arts assume in a constantly changing cultural landscape
- Provide students with a solid foundation in the principles of visual narration, graphic design, and photography
- Enable students to develop their own artistic voice and style
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and innovation in students
Course Structure
The program is divided into three years, each with its own specific objectives and outcomes.
First Year: I Am
The first year focuses on the relationship between the student, visual arts, and the current cultural context. Students learn about the basics of art, techniques, and methodologies, as well as the history of modern and contemporary art.
Second Year: You Are
The second year explores the transition from modern to contemporary art, introducing students to theoretical subjects such as aesthetics, iconography, and philosophy of the image. Students also learn about new languages and their semiotic value in society.
Third Year: We Are
The third year sees students confronting the final phase of their training. They study artistic, social, and multimedia subjects, and work on their thesis project, which serves as a catalyst for all the disciplines and experiences acquired during the three-year period.

MADE Camp

Accreditation
The ARTI VISIVE Visual Realities program is accredited by the Italian Ministry of University and Research, and is recognized as a first-level academic diploma equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. The program is also part of the Mediterranean Arts & Design Program, which offers a range of courses and programs in the fields of art, design, and visual arts.
