Program Overview
Formation Professionnelle Management des Organisations de la Solidarité
The formation is designed for individuals who wish to enhance their skills or transition into the fields of social and solidarity economy (SSE), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and humanitarian work.
Objectives of the Formation
This program enables the acquisition of specific skills to develop sustainable team management methods and organizational models. The program rethinks and adapts traditional organizational and managerial models to address the challenges faced by solidarity organizations and services.
Blocks of Competences
The program is divided into four blocks of competences:
- Bloc 1: Define a development strategy for the organization in its national and/or international environment
- Identify socio-economic, geopolitical, and public policy challenges
- Analyze the organization's activities and sector
- Formalize the organization's business model
- Define performance objectives
- Identify various types of risks
- Accompany change and innovation internally and externally
- Bloc 2: Design products, services, and processes for social and solidarity projects
- Identify innovation axes
- Analyze the needs of territorial targets
- Develop innovative solutions
- Plan project management
- Elaborate financial, legal, and organizational management scenarios for the structure
- Pilot the implementation of a multidisciplinary and multicultural partnership approach
- Define an operational marketing strategy
- Bloc 3: Pilot the operational implementation of responsible development projects
- Contribute to budgetary and financial management
- Analyze project performance
- Implement a human resources policy
- Identify the legal context
- Define the axes of the improvement approach, CSR, and RSO
- Bloc 4: Manage and animate multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
- Operationally manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Design adapted communication by organizing team exchange times
- Coordinate crisis management
- Implement collective intelligence techniques
- Pilot team work on a daily basis
Axes
The program focuses on four axes:
- Strategic positioning of the organization in its complex environment
- Management of activity flows considering the organizational specificities of the third sector
- Management of internal teams and external stakeholders in a spirit of cooperation and co-development
- Collective definition of the social utility of the organization's activities in a logic of measuring social impact
Prerequisites
- Hold a bachelor's degree (level 6) or an associate's degree (level 5) with a validated professional experience dossier (VAP) justifying 3 years of significant experience
- Pass the admission tests (synthesis note and admission interview)
Certification
The program leads to a Professional Certification of level 7 "Manager of national and international projects of organizations" (RNCP 34530), according to a decision by France Compétences on December 16, 2019, published in the Official Journal on March 21, 2021. The certifying organization is APTIM.
Program Details
- Duration: 9 months (from October 15, 2025, to June 20, 2026)
- 450 hours of courses
- Face-to-face: 3 weeks spread over the entire formation
- Distance learning: 2 days a week, Thursdays and Fridays

The certification is obtained by validating the blocks of competences and producing and defending a professional thesis.

Admission Process
The admission process for the professional formation takes place in 8 steps:
- Exchange about the project of studies and professional project (if already defined)
- Completion of a candidacy dossier, writing a synthesis note, and completion of a VAP dossier (if necessary)
- Study of the candidacy and invitation to an oral test
- Passing the oral test
- Transmission of results
- Accompaniment in setting up financing until the establishment of a training agreement confirming registration
- Reception of complementary pedagogical information concerning the start of the formation
