Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course
Course Description
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and skills to become a Continuous Improvement expert within their department. The course covers the theoretical aspects of Lean Six Sigma and includes a practical project to apply the knowledge in real-life situations.
