The Bachelor of Health courses offer a comprehensive education in the field of health.


Admission Criteria

Admission to the Health Internship (HLWB 302) is limited to 20 places per year. The criteria for selection include:


  • Having a grade average of B or higher in 200-level HLWB courses
  • Performance in a brief interview
  • Fit with the host agency

Working with Vulnerable Populations

If students intend to work with vulnerable populations, including children, the University will carry out a Children's Act (CA) check for them through New Zealand Police.
