Course Description
This course provides an in-depth analysis of advanced topics in microeconomics, including consumption decisions, choice theory, theory of the firm, general equilibrium, welfare economics, decision-making under uncertainty, and search theory.

Course Learning Objectives
Students who pass this course should be able to:
- Formulate and solve microeconomic models
- Apply the Fundamental Theorems of Welfare Economics
- Identify when stochastic dominance is relevant and use it to make decisions
- Apply the Favorable Bet Theorem
How this Course is Taught
This course is optimized for face-to-face delivery on campus. The lectures will not be streamed, but recordings will be posted. In-person attendance during the trimester is not required, but in-person attendance of the final exam is required.
