Course Overview
The course LAWS 513, Modern and International Construction Contracts, examines the different contractual models used in the construction industry in New Zealand and overseas. It compares the different standard form contracts, including a Standards New Zealand contract and FIDIC contract, and canvasses issues such as payment methods, construction risk, and remedies.
