Educational Leadership Master's Program

The Educational Leadership Master's Program is designed for teachers who aspire to be in leadership positions or for building leaders who want to work in central office administration. This program combines theoretical and field-based study to provide candidates with greater knowledge and proficiency in the management of school personnel and the role of technology in educational practice.

Program Information

The program is offered in a hybrid format, allowing students to balance their academic and professional responsibilities. The curriculum is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of educational leadership, including the management of school personnel, the role of technology in educational practice, and the development of leadership skills.

Courses and Requirements

The program requires students to complete a series of courses and requirements, including:

• A graduate application and $60 fee
• Personal statement
• Official transcripts from all prior institutions and proof of bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
• One letter of recommendation documenting at least three years of teaching experience
• A current résumé or CV
• Course-by-course evaluation: All graduate applicants with undergraduate-level work completed outside of the United States will be required to send a course-by-course evaluation of their academic work prepared by a NACES member organization.

Additional Requirements

Applicants interested in the advanced certificate program should submit:

• Final transcript documenting a master's degree from an accredited four-year institution
