• For School of Social Work students: MSW students in good standing who have completed their generalist-level courses and are beginning their specialized year practicum.

Program Requirements

Fellows are required to:

• Commit to the program for one academic year
• Participate in practicum/clinical rotations at integrated primary care or behavioral healthcare sites
• Be available for placement hours based on agency/preceptor availability and requirements
• Attend interdisciplinary seminars and practice simulations throughout the academic year
• Participate in evaluation assessments, surveys, and focus groups while in the training program and after graduation
• Register for a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and share this number with the IDEATE team
