B.S. in Education Studies - Middle Level Education (Non-Licensure)

Overview

The B.S. in Education Studies with a concentration in Middle Level Education (Grades 6-8) is a non-licensure program that requires the completion of 122 credits (121 credits for the science concentration).


Program Requirements

  • Candidates must complete all requirements associated with the Bachelor of Science in Education Studies with a concentration in Middle Level Education (Grades 6-8).
  • Initial courses in the program include EDU 102 E-folio and EDU 203 Instructional Technology, which are pre-requisites for all other education courses.
  • The minimum grade accepted for all College of Education and Liberal Arts core courses (ECE, EDU, RDG, and EPY) is C-.

Parallel Curriculum

The curriculum for the B.S. in Education Studies, Middle Level Education (Grades 6-8) is the same as for the B.S. in Middle Level Education (Grades 6-8), except that no clinical courses are included.
