Effective Teams Program

Description

The Effective Teams program is a certificate course that teaches participants how to bring together knowledge, skills, experience, and perspectives to solve multifaceted problems, make good decisions, and deliver effective solutions.

• Behaviours and strategies for establishing and maintaining teamwork
• The role of the leader or manager
• Team dynamics and stages of development

• Using tools to solve problems

Cost

• $749 plus HST for individual courses (2 days)
• $2,500 for the New Managers Certificate
