The JMU MBA combines academic rigor with practical application, allowing students to apply what they learn in the classroom to their work the next day. The program offers three unique concentrations: Executive Leadership, Information Security, and Innovation.
Executive Leadership
- For professionals with five or more years of work experience.

- Online evenings once a week with degree completion in 28 months.
- In-person meet-ups in Tyson's Corner, Virginia periodically each semester.
- Direct access to professional coaching.
Information Security
- For individuals with two or more years of work experience.
- Positions you to lead people and manage technology assets.
- Meets online in the evening each week and degree completed in 28 months.
- Periodic in-person meet-ups in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.
- A background in infosec or infotech is not required.
Innovation
- For people with two or more years in a career looking for growth.
- Cultivates the skills and strategic thinking needed to drive innovation.
- Meets online two times a week with degree completed in 21 months.
- Evenings in-person each third week and periodic Saturdays at the JMU campus.
