Meet the Instructors
The program is led by two experienced instructors:
- Maureen Metcalf: A highly respected executive advisor and the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Innovative Leadership Institute. Committed to creating a better world through exceptional leadership, Maureen guides her clients in elevating the quality of their leadership talent pool.
- Dan Mushalko: Vice President for Media & Research with the Innovative Leadership Institute, where he produces and edits Innovating Leadership: Co-Creating Our Future, a top leadership podcast. He is also a leadership course facilitator for Institute clients, and co-leads a leadership course with ILI founder/CEO Maureen Metcalf for James Madison University.
