  • CONM1200: Building Construction: This course surveys current materials and methods used in building construction, including building foundations, framing systems, and interior and exterior finishes.
  • CONM1500: Construction Graphics: This course covers the development and interpretation of civil, architectural, structural, and electrical drawings, as well as freehand sketching of construction details and sections.

  • CONM7100: Modern Construction Delivery Methods: This course exposes students to current Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC) industry practices used to finance and manage the design and construction of capital facilities.
