Human Resources - Master of Science Programme

The Master of Science in Human Resources is designed for students who want to make a difference in the world of work. Requirements and Selection

Prerequisites

A Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors: psychology or sociology (including at least 90 credits with a specialisation in one of these majors, of which at least 15 credits in total are in quantitative and qualitative methods) with a specialisation in human resources, human resource development and labour relations, science of work or equivalent. English course 6 (advanced proficiency).

Selection Criteria

The applicant's estimated capacity to complete the programme is the primary criterion for selection. Students are selected on the basis of their previous study results (grades on courses and degree thesis for Bachelor's degree), proficiency in English, and a statement of purpose. Special weight will be given to previous study results.

Tuition Fees

Tuition Fees for Non-EU/EEA Citizens

Citizens of countries outside the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland are required to pay tuition fees. The full programme tuition fee is SEK 270,000, with the first payment being SEK 67,500.
