What to Expect
As a master's in agribusiness student, learn the tools to become a transformative leader in agriculture. Specifically, you'll drive real change by:
- Learning from faculty who own farms or agribusiness operations
- Obtaining grants and performing research to improve agribusiness using regenerative and sustainable practices
- Applying for departmental scholarships and externships
- Studying marketing, international affairs, liability & risk, communications, and other emerging topics in agribusiness
Agribusiness Curriculum
The degree program is designed to be completed in two years. Students should contact an academic advisor each semester and use Degree Works to monitor their progress.
Admission Requirements
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is recommended (GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale is acceptable)
- A grade of C or better in a college statistics course is recommended
- Background in an agriculture-related field (through experience or coursework) is recommended
