Program Overview
Introduction to the MBA Program
The MBA program at Lubin has undergone a relaunch, with a new curriculum designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders for success. The updated program is intended to provide students with a competitive advantage in the business world.
Benefits of the New Program
The new MBA program offers several benefits, including:
- A revised curriculum that is regularly updated to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- The opportunity for students who have already taken classes in the traditional MBA to transfer into the new 39-credit program
- Flexibility in decision-making, with no deadline for transferring into the new program
Transferring into the New Program
Students who have already taken classes in the traditional MBA can transfer into the new 39-credit program. The Graduate Academic Advisement team will work with students to apply the courses they have already taken towards the new MBA.
Decision-Making Process
There is no deadline for making the decision to transfer into the new program. Students can decide during the spring term, summer, or a future term. It is recommended that students meet with a Graduate Academic Advisor to review their options and make the best decision for their graduate career.
International Students
International students have the same program choices as domestic students. However, some international students may choose not to transfer into the new program if it affects their graduation date or plans for acquiring meaningful post-graduation employment.
Course Application
Courses that have already been taken but are not part of the new curriculum will be applied towards the new MBA wherever possible. Students should contact the Office of Graduate Advisement to review how courses would be mapped.
Graduate Advisement
The Graduate Academic Advisement team is available to assist students with the transition into the new program. They will work with students to apply the courses they have already taken towards the new MBA and provide guidance on the decision-making process.
