Curriculum
The program provides students with a comprehensive educational background in accounting, enabling them to pursue professional certifications such as:
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
Career Opportunities
Students interested in taking the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Exam and pursuing a career in public accounting can select electives in:
- Auditing (ACC 461)
- Taxation (TAX 311)
- Law (LAW 360) using their open elective credits to meet the CPA Exam requirements in New York State.
