About the Program
The Master of Science in Physical Education: Coaching of Sport is a fully online program that advances students' knowledge, skills, and philosophies in the coaching profession. Every course is guided by the National Association of Sport and Physical Education (NAPSE) coaching standards. The program is infused with project-based learning, and two practicum experiences are included to document the application of the knowledge and skills learned. Students will develop a portfolio documenting the NASPE standards accomplished throughout the program.
This Coaching Program consists of 34 graduate credits within 12 courses. Please note this program is not designed to meet the requirements for teaching licensure in K-12.

Program Requirements
- GPA Requirements: A 2.5 GPA is required for admission; provisional admission may be granted for those with a lower GPA, requiring a 3.0 GPA in the first semester
