Overview of the ESST (BCD Degree) Program

The ESST (BCD Degree) program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of environmental and sustainability studies, as well as community development. The program is comprised of several core courses, electives, and concentration areas.

The program requires students to complete the following courses:


  • Community Development Core Courses (39h)
  • Community Development Professional Electives (12h)
