Program Overview
The Innovation Ambassadors program is a flexible, volunteer opportunity that provides hands-on experience in supporting entrepreneurship programs, events, and outreach. As an Ambassador, participants will help shape the energy and impact of Launchbox by welcoming others, spreading the word about upcoming events, supporting projects behind the scenes, and bringing their unique ideas and energy to the table.
Program Details
The program is designed for individuals interested in marketing, leadership, event planning, or learning something new. It offers a space to develop skills, try new things, and be part of something exciting.
Responsibilities
As a volunteer, participants will be supporting events and promoting opportunities. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with event setup
- Welcoming guests
- Sharing Launchbox updates on social media
- Capturing photos and videos during activities
Time Commitment
The volunteer role comes with flexible hours, approximately 25 hours/week. Some time will be spent attending events, team check-ins, or working on personal or group projects. Participants will be expected to attend some of the major Launchbox events during the semester.
Skills Development
Participants will have the chance to grow their own skills with support from Launchbox staff and mentors. This opportunity allows individuals to develop their skills in a supportive environment and be part of a dynamic team.
