The program will develop students' skills in cost and commercial management, whole life costing approaches, law and contract, risk modeling, project management, and sustainability, as well as business development, critical thinking, problem-solving, and team collaboration. Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Building Information Management are embedded in the course for integrated project delivery and BIM cost management.


Entry Requirements

  • Applicants are normally expected to have a minimum of a 2:2 honors degree, or equivalent, in any subject.

  • English language requirements: IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in each band, or equivalent.

  • UK students: Annual and modular tuition fees shown are applicable to the first year of study. The university reserves the right to increase fees for subsequent years of study.
    • Full Time: 12 months, £10,350 in 2026/27
    • Full Time with Professional Placement: 18 months, £11,385 in 2026/27
    • Part Time: 20 months, fees available upon request
