The MSc in Leadership and Innovation in Healthcare is a postgraduate program designed to develop the leadership competencies and management skills of healthcare professionals.     • This module develops competencies in the role of leadership in healthcare by advancing tomorrow's leadership skills and qualities today.
  • Module 7: Research Methods and Methodology
    • This module provides in-depth knowledge of the principles of good research and recognition of the range of tools and concepts necessary in healthcare research.
  • Research Project
    • The research project involves conducting a research project in the student's organization, focusing on leading and innovation or change in healthcare.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the program, students will be able to:

Admission Requirements

  • Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Applicants must be working in the healthcare industry.
  • English language proficiency is required, with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent, unless exempt.

Fees and Funding

  • EU Applicants: Year 1: €8,800, Year 2: €4,950.
  • Non-EU Applicants: Year 1: €14,000, Year 2: €8,000.
  • Fees include all resources, access to the online learning portal, and extensive RCSI-only databases.
