The university offers two main programs: Master of Science (MSc) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

Master of Science (MSc)

The Master of Science (MSc) program has two options:

• Thesis-based
• Course-based

Thesis-Based Option

The thesis option is designed to foster the independent research abilities of students. This is achieved through a combination of coursework and research. The thesis option is ideal for students seeking to continue on to doctoral studies, as well as students interested in research and development careers within industry. All thesis students must enroll full-time in the program.

Course-Based Option

The course-based option is a professionally focused graduate degree designed to enhance advanced technical knowledge, practical skills, and leadership abilities in engineering practice. This option emphasizes coursework.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

The objective of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program is to foster students' scholarly skills and independent research abilities through a combination of formal coursework and dissertation (research) work.
