Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the Undergraduate Certificate of Surveying, you must meet the following requirements:


  • Be an eligible Commonwealth Support applicant
  • Be aged 17 years or over
  • Have sound knowledge in English (Units 3 & 4, C), or equivalent
  • Meet the applicable English language requirements:
    • IELTS (Academic) - Minimum overall score of 6.0 and a minimum score of 5.5 in each of the four components - listening, reading, writing, and speaking

The estimated 2026 annual fee for the Undergraduate Certificate of Surveying is AUD 4,768. This fee is based on the current average rate for your first year of study (4 units per year) and does not include the cost of materials, additional costs, or the Student Services and Amenities fee.
