Overview
Cyber resilience is about making robust business decisions based on critical examination of the challenges with designing, implementing, and evaluating critical cyber security functions in an organisation. This course explores various best practice principles underpinning cyber security resilience in organisations and develops your comprehension and application of cyber resilience methodologies leading to best practices.
This course explores key methodologies and practices that should be followed by organisations to achieve cyber resilience. In doing so, the course explores relevant strategies required by organisations to take appropriate and relevant management decisions so that cyber incidents are properly understood and controls are built to resist incidents. Further, to comply with regulatory frameworks, the course introduces you to key cyber security standards and frameworks so that you understand and appreciate the reporting sequences to enable and manage cyber resilience in organisations. The assessment activities in the course are undertaken and completed in a team environment and require all to research, design and present advice on complex issues related to maintaining cyber security and business continuity.
