Course Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- Critically assess the context of clinical leadership in practice including professional practice frameworks and theoretical concepts surrounding clinical leadership
- Evaluate the application of the principles of clinical leadership in practice through a self-reflective process of organisation and professional accountability
- Evaluate leadership traits and attributes; knowledge and application of the principles of clinical leadership in practice inclusive of the role of change agent, visionary, and advocate
- Critically evaluate legal, ethical, and social justice approaches to clinical leadership in health care settings
