Introduction to the Irish Experience Program

The Irish Experience is a four-week summer study abroad course offered to University of West Florida (UWF) art, music, and theatre students. This experiential learning program takes place in Carlow, Ireland, where students have the opportunity to learn from master artists in their respective fields of study.

Program Details

• The program allows students to produce works of art, music, and a theatrical performance under the guidance of experienced artists.
• Upon returning home, students exhibit and perform their works, showcasing their experiences and skills gained during the program.
• Theatre students participate in a read-through in preparation for their productions abroad and at home.
