Admission Requirements

In addition to the University graduate admission requirements, each department bases decisions for regular admission on a holistic review of credentials, including:

• Master's Transcripts with a minimum of a 3.50 GPA

• Submission of a letter of intent that identifies a potential topic of study for the dissertation and includes answers to specific prompts

Policy on Full-Time Enrollment

Doctoral students are required to complete 60 semester hours of coursework. Full-time enrollment within the UWF Ed.D. Program is defined as 6 hours per semester. Students will be unable to enroll in more than 6 hours per semester without permission.
