Program Overview

Hacking for Defense at UWF, also known as "H4D@UWF," is a for-credit course that provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the problems and needs of U.S. government sponsors in the national security establishment. This includes the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.


Course Details

During the course, students work in teams to conduct customer/beneficiary discovery, rapidly develop product prototypes, and design solutions to meet sponsors' needs.


Eligibility

The course is open to both undergraduate and graduate students, allowing them to participate in a unique learning experience that focuses on addressing the needs of national security establishments.
