Program Overview


University of West Florida Honor Band

The UWF Honor Band offers a premier musical experience for high school students in the Florida Panhandle and surrounding areas.


Event Schedule

  • Friday, February 28
    • 8:00 - 8:30 am: Registration
    • 8:30 - 9:00 am: Warm Up
    • 9:00 am: Rehearsal
    • 12:00 pm: Lunch (On Your Own)
    • 1:00 pm: Rehearsal
    • 4:30 pm: Dinner at Nautilus Market Buffet (Provided for Honor Band Participants)
    • 6:00 pm: Rehearsal
    • 9:00 pm: End of Day 1
  • Saturday, March 1
    • 8:30 am: Arrive and Warm Up
    • 9:00 am: Rehearsal/Sectionals
    • 12:00 pm: Lunch (On Your Own)
    • 1:00 pm: Rehearsal/Sectionals
    • 4:00 pm: Break/Dinner (On Your Own)/Dress for Concert
    • 6:00 pm: Report to Rehearsal Hall (Room 140) for Warm-Up/Tune
    • 6:30 - 7:30 pm: Concert
