Program Overview
Rome, Italy (Winter) Program
The Rome, Italy (Winter) program is a two-week January program that offers students the opportunity to earn required academic credit while studying Catholic Thought with Manhattan University faculty.
Program Description
Using the city itself as the classroom, students will engage directly with churches, sacred spaces, and works of religious art that illuminate the historical development of sainthood and spiritual tradition. The program also includes an overnight excursion to Assisi, expanding the experience beyond Rome and into the broader religious and cultural landscape of Italy.

Logistics
Participants on this program will travel with a group of Manhattan University students and will be led by an MU faculty member. The program fee includes:
- Tuition
- Excursions and cultural visits
- Round-trip flights out of New York City
- Housing in shared rooms for the duration of the program
- Some meals
- International health insurance
